Drop The Grudge
Its time we look at ourselves. Along with our physical well being, the mental well being needs to be taken care. Our search has always been outside rather searching within ourselves. Lets look at our life. Step back to look back. See the path you travelled. It must be a mixture of victories, achievements, dissapointments, betrayal, deceit, love, satisfaction, desire, defeat so on and so forth. Its time to drop this burden. Most of the time we are too harsh on ourselves or too lenient on ourselves. Seldom we are balanced. We push our emotions deep within us and put a fresh makeup daily... First Thing : Be lite.. forgive yourself. Its ok to fail, dont be harsh on yourslef. Second Thing: Spend some time alone daily..
Close your eyes, sit straight and recall the grudges you hold on yourself and on others, the sorrys you forgot to say becaue your ego stopped you. The mistakes you did knowingly or unknowingly. The pain you inflicted on others knowingly or unknowingly. Seek forgiveness. Drop your ego, drop your pride, say sorry, seek forgiveness. The appreciations you forgot to give. Just correct these imbalances. Forgive all that needs to be forgiven, pray for the well being of the person whom you have forgiven, send the appreciations which was not given earlier, forgive all betrayals. Get these burdens off your shoulders. Finaly show your gratitute for every experience the creation given you.
Do it for 21 days... and just see the change in you. The only condition here is the sincerity and intensity with which you go through the process... share your experiences in the comment box.
